WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Production team members are engaged to assist in the manufacture of Triple M products. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that possess skills or experience in the following areas:   

RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING / METAL WORKERS:
  • Cutting, drilling, bending, grinding, linishing of parts and components
  • Performing routine checks and parts measurements, in accordance with our work procedures
  • Able to follow specific work instructions, have a keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship
LINE OPERATORS:     
  • Operate and maintain electroplating/zinc plating machines
  • Loading and unloading flight bars to the production schedule program
  • Performing routine checks, identifying parts and measurements, in accordance with our work procedures
  • Able to follow specific work instructions, have a keen eye for detail and pride in workmanship
  • Basic computer understanding to review the production schedule program
  • Basic cleaning and maintenance of the zinc plating line
WAREHOUSING:
  • Picking and packing small parts/components for customer orders
  • Heat shrinking and compacting of trays and other items
  • Previous high-volume/automotive/spare parts packing experience - highly regarded   
  • Any experience in receiving, checking, and managing stock, including inward counts, replenishment and backfills will also be highly regarded
  • Forklift operating (Forklift License - highly regarded)
Success in the role relies heavily upon the strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly with regards to Quality, Efficiency, Safety, Service, plus a keen ability to follow all directions as provided by company Leaders.

  • Previous factory/manufacturing experience - highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport - a must
  • Must be punctual, reliable and available for work Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 3:30pm (Dayshift) OR 3:30pm - 01:00am (Nightshift)
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work positively in a team environment

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing pallet documentation, responding to both internal and external pallet-related queries, and assisting with monthly reconciliations and reporting. With a strong focus on accuracy, you’ll be handling high-volume data entry across pallet systems, ensuring information is recorded and maintained precisely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate, batch and file daily pallet dockets
  • Complete high-volume data entry into pallet management systems (2IC and Filebound)
  • Action daily and monthly pallet queries and reports within set deadlines
  • Liaise with trading partners and internal sites to resolve pallet queries and claims
  • Support monthly reconciliations and assist with pallet stock take collation

About this role

Based at Wormall Group’s head office in Cardup WA (just south of Byford), you’ll report directly to the Group Procurement Manager. As Procurement Specialist, you’ll be accountable for the efficient running of the Procure 2 Pay process and the mentoring of our Procurement Graduate.

Although previous experience in civil construction isn’t necessary, your knowledge of supply chain management in similar industries will be invaluable for ensuring that all necessary goods, services, and materials are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively across the Group’s manufacturing and construction divisions.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a JJ’s HR Truck Driver, you will operate various commercial / trade waste collection vehicles from our Derrimut depot.  

On a day-to-day basis, this role will require you to service multiple customer sites. You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops.

We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

You must be available to work outside your usual hours when required - e.g. weekends, evenings, public holidays - early starts (4am)

  • Current HR license
