IMDEX is looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Representative to lead the charge in promoting our industry-leading products and services across the Eastern states. This position offers flexibility to be based in any Eastern state location.
As the face of IMDEX to our clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value. Your day-to-day will include:
Marketing and selling IMDEX’s Drilling Fluids to both existing and potential customers
Rolling out strategic client contact plans to launch new products and spark meaningful sales campaigns
Serving as the go-to expert for client inquiries, ensuring fast and effective solutions
Crafting tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals and operational needs
To be successful
We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and driving results. The successful candidate will have exceptional Sales and Account management skills with significant experience in either the resources, exploration, drilling or construction industry. Training with IMDEX products will be provided.
You will also bring:
2+ years’ experience in a similar role or within the mineral resource drilling industry
Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
Willingness to travel to remote mine sites (minimum 1 week per month) — we’ll equip you with a company car, laptop, and phone
Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Pronto is a bonus
Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills

About the Role
Mader Group is currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our high-performing NSW team. Maintaining underground mining and mobile plant equipment across various sites across the Gunnedah, Boggabri, Narrabri areas.
You'll be working on a wide range of OEM gear including Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Sandvik, Atlas Copco, Hitachi. Whether you're looking for local work, field service or future opportunities interstate or overseas, Mader offers the flexibility, progression, and culture to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy mobile plant equipment

• Australian Trade Certificate in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent)

Role Description:
The project coordinator will coordinate the schedule, audits, issues and risks of the project. It's their job to ensure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. This can include communicating with various departments and stakeholders to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor, organize, and manage stock levels to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials.
Scheduling Installations: Coordinate and schedule installations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
Installer Coordination: Communicate with and manage installers to ensure jobs are completed effectively and to a high standard.
CRM System Updates: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate records, including documents, customer correspondence, and project details.
Customer Interaction: Serve as a liaison between customers and the operations team, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure all operations align with CEC program requirements and industry regulations.
Desired Skills:
Communication skills: Interact with many individuals throughout the life cycle of a project, such as product suppliers, warehouse staff, installers, sales agents and of course, the clients.
Problem-solving skills: Quickly come up with solutions and strategies should there be issues, challenges and different types of problems, big and small during the lifecycle of the project.
Change management skills: As projects are executed, there are many variables to control, and many situations that might force the project management team to make changes to the original plan. Project coordinators must be able to adapt to these changes in adherence to the compliance requirements set in place by Sunburn Solar in accordance to CEC guidelines
Organizational skills: Time management, delegation, planning, goal setting and decision-making, among others that'll help the project coordinator be on top of their own duties and responsibilities and monitor the performance of others.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management roles or related fields. However, in some cases, education and training can replace experience and vice versa.

The mine is located on the Norseman-Wiluna Greenstone Belt, which forms part of the Yilgarn Craton in Western Australia. It is a highly mineralised granite-greenstone terrain with world-class deposits of gold and nickel. St Ives has produced more than 10.5 million ounces of gold, with the first major gold mining expedition commencing in the mid-1980s.
St Ives Gold Mine operates mainly on a residential basis, with employees either living in Kambalda or Kalgoorlie, as well as having a fly-in and fly-out option for those not living locally.
With a 10-year-plus life expectancy, stability is also on offer.
