The Core Details:
- Roster: A balanced 7/7 schedule ensuring optimal productivity and work-life balance
- Workday: Embrace 12.5-hour shifts, including both day and night rotations
- FIFO: Easily accessible from Brisbane, Townsville, and Cairns
- Pay Rate: Dependent on your experience and skill set + Super paid on ALL Hours

Prerequisites for Success:
- Experience working Underground (highly regarded and preferred)
- Must have consistent work history and provide two contactable work referees.
- One within the last 12 months
- One within the last 5 years
- Operating both light vehicles and heavy machinery
- General labouring and ad hoc duties as required.
- Attitude matters: A team player with a positive outlook, diligence and a strong work ethic are a must!
- Commitment to growth: A thirst for learning and a drive to acquire new skills are integral.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Valid Driver's License - Open Manual License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment health assessment:
- Mineral Mines and Quarries medical
- Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
- Blood Lead Levels
- Chest X-Ray + ILO
- Substance Screening (Drugs and Alcohol)
- National Police Check
- Must have Right To Work in Australia (Unlimited with no restrictions) and be able to provide Passport or Birth Certificate
- Site inductions
