About the role:This is a hands-on role, based at our head office in Bibra Lake.
Suitable for someone looking for the next step into a supervisory role and complementing our team as a Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead the WA Premix maintenance team. Activities that the successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Allocating manpower for breakdowns & planned works.
Daily plant inspections to identify areas of improvement & safe practices.
Supervision of maintenance staff ensuring quality repairs are completed on time.
Reviewing, processing & following up on Parts requisitions to ensure proactive repairs.
Maintaining critical stock levels, working with procurement team to ensure stock on hand.
Proven experience working with conveyors, silos & pumps, preferably batch plants but not essential.
You have a great attitude, a solid work ethic, Proactive approach and are seeking long term career prospects.

About Our Client
Our client is a leading Australian Mining and Resource client with operations and exploration projects across the Bowen and Surat basins, with four major coal-producing assets supplying metallurgical coal to a global market. They hold a strong track record of performance in developing, operating and rehabilitating coal resources to produce export metallurgical coal for steel making.
What you will be Doing
You will be working as a Pump Crew & Dozer Operator within a busy and productive Mine Services Department on a coal mine near Coppabella. In this role you will be responsible for dewatering, pump set ups, highwall pumps and dozer operations. You will be working 12.5 hours shifts on a Thursday to Wednesday day and night shift roster. These roles are available to residential, DIDO or BIBO (Mackay) candidates.
What you will need
Previous experience operating CAT D10 and D11 Dozers within a production mining environment
Previous experience working within the pump crew on a production coal mine
Must hold current SSE signed skills
You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia

Wilson Survey Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our growing team in Emerald, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
Conducting various surveys using surveying equipment and software (Leica, Laser Scanning, Drones)
Open cut mining and civil surveys - end of month pick up, exploration, drone surveys, stockpile surveys, rehabilitation surveys, civil construction surveys (concrete, conveyor belt set out, bolts, etc).
Liaising with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure survey work is completed to the required standards
Providing technical advice and recommendations to project teams on surveying matters
Maintaining vehicle and survey equipment and ensuring all procedures comply with relevant safety and quality standards
Adhere to safety policies and procedures of the individual projects
Complete all inductions, medicals and drug/alcohol testing
Mentoring and supporting junior survey staff to develop their skills and expertise
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in Surveying or Spatial Science or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience, ideally within the mining or resources sector
Proficient in the use of survey equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers and data processing software
Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret plans, drawings and survey data
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality survey outcomes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Current driver's license and drone license
