The Opportunity
We are seeking full-time Building Managers for a number of well-maintained mixed-use developments located across Sydney Metro. This is an autonomous, client-facing role ideal for an experienced and proactive professional looking to work in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily building operations and ensure high standards of presentation and maintenance
Manage all contractors and service providers onsite, ensuring compliance and quality of work
Liaise effectively with lot owners, strata committees, tenants, and external stakeholders
Prepare and present regular reports, including weekly updates and incident logs
Maintain accurate site documentation and ensure all compliance records are current
Attend and contribute to Committee Meetings, EGMs, and AGMs
Monitor and report on building issues including common property, safety hazards, and defects
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a Building Manager in strata-titled properties (Class 2)
Strong working knowledge of Building Management Software (BMS) systems
Solid understanding of Building Management Committees (BMC) and mixed-use strata schemes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High-level customer service and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work autonomously with a solutions-oriented mindset
Familiarity with WHS, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Management practices
