CHROMA PAINTING AND SERVICES is looking for a qualified painter to join
our Company on a full-time basis. We are a Brisbane based business and we pride
ourselves on putting our workers at the front and centre of our business ethos and are

Duties & Responsibilities
Interpret product instructions and examine surface condition to determine the kind
and amount of work necessary
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper,
removing old paint etc.
Apply paint to walls and structures and protect surrounding areas
Make assessments on paint colour, mix and match pigments using multiple
techniques and tools.
Use differ tools and brushes to apply paints with attention to details
Support other team members to ensure completion of projects on time and according
to specifications
Work on residential and commercial work sites, following all relevant policies and
regulations accordingly.
Understand and comply with industry safety and environmental policies and
procedures
Minimum Requirements
2 years painting and decorating experience for commercial and residential projects
Certificate 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent
Ability to comply with instructions
Strong customer focus and good communication skills.
Driver license
Honest & hardworking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $ 77,000.00 – $87,000.00 per year Plus Super
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
