As a Project Administrator at Sunwater, you will:

What is the role?

What will you do?

  • Assisting the Relocations team to ensure AFP appointees are relocated in a timely manner;

·         Manage service and repair workflow to minimise vehicle downtime and maximise efficiency. Prioritise urgent repairs and breakdowns to ensure minimal disruption to service delivery.

·         Liaise and manage productive relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure Fleet Services delivers a high level of customer service.

·         Organisation and facilitation of risk assessments to identify hazards in order to implement control measures that can eliminate or minimise risks for all Fleet, plant and equipment.

About you

You are a professional in Fleet Maintenance Management, with experience in medium to large-scale plant and fleet repairs. You hold relevant tertiary qualifications.

Your strengths include:

·          Substantial industry experience in plant and fleet repairs medium to large scale with strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and vehicle diagnostics.

Exceptional written communication, negotiation, networking, and advocacy skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Ability to manage a complete range of generic and specialist repairs and maintenance activities.

Demonstrated, or capacity to acquire and apply, knowledge in procurement strategies, including sourcing contracts, service level agreements, quality assessment, benchmarking, and contract performance.

Employment conditions:

  • A commencing salary between $88,160 and $99,305 will be negotiated depending on experience and relevant skills.

  • An additional Electorate Support Allowance of between $11,610 and $27,865 may be considered in recognition of, and as compensation for, reasonable additional hours of work and any travel requirements.

  • Please note the above salary and allowance are subject to a 3.4% pay increase on 5 August 2026.

  • Relocation assistance, studies assistance and paid study leave may also be available (subject to eligibility requirements).

  • An employer superannuation contribution of 15.4% will be payable.

  • Salary -Clerk Grade 7/8, Base Salary ($113,574 - $125,720), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

The Project Officer plays a key role in delivering a range of projects within the Office of the Surveillance Devices Commissioner of DCJ Legal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to contribute to meaningful legal projects, manage competing priorities, and develop skills in project management within a dynamic government environment.

What you'll do

As part of the Office of the Surveillance Devices Commissioner, you will provide essential project management and support services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will prepare reports and briefs, coordinate resources, maintain documentation, and liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate project success. You will also undertake research and data analysis to inform project decisions.

You will also:

  • Maintain and update project documentation for monitoring, reporting, and evaluation purposes.
  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, and consultations to support collaboration and information sharing.
  • Track project progress against milestones and provide regular status updates.
  • Source and compile data to identify emerging issues and risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the unit's project management processes.
  • Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team of project professionals dedicated to legal and compliance outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in project management or support roles, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to support informed decision-making.
  • Capacity to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

About the role

Shape the Future of Public Transport Communications

As Strategic Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the PTA’s brand and promote public transport across Perth and regional Western Australia.

You will manage a team delivering customer-focused campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality content. About You!

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, advertising or other relevant discipline.

About the role:

The Training & Development Officer is a pivotal role within the People & Culture Team, accountable for delivering comprehensive training services to the organisation. This position involves strategic planning and the execution of leadership and employee development programs, reviewing and reporting on organizational training needs, and implementing new training systems. Your Key Responsibilities:
