Ready to take the lead on digital campaigns that actually make an impact?
We're looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to turn strategy into results — someone who loves the creative side of marketing but also gets the data behind it.
At Gold Property Partners, we help people find their dream homes and investment opportunities — and we're ready to grow our brand presence even further. You'll be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategy, from social media campaigns to email marketing and retargeting.
What You'll Be DoingPlan, create and manage digital campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads.
Demonstrate advanced Google Ads optimisation experience including campaign performance analysis, bid management, and conversion tracking.
Design and optimise retargeting campaigns that re-engage our audience.
Manage email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, targeting past clients and website leads.
Extract, link and organise data in HubSpot to power better audience insights and results.
Write engaging ad copy (we'll support you with creative assets).
Track performance, analyse results and report on what's working — and what can work even better.
Keep our brand voice consistent, confident and professional across every platform.
You've got proven experience running digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You have 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing campaigns with demonstrable results.
You understand retargeting, data management and marketing analytics inside out.
You possess intermediate-level HubSpot Marketing Platform experience with proficiency in data extraction, workflow automation, and campaign management.
You're analytical but creative — able to think strategically and execute efficiently.
You're proactive, organised and thrive when given ownership of your work.
You love seeing your campaigns generate real leads and growth.
Flexible, part-time hours with the freedom to work hybrid after onboarding.
Creative control to shape campaigns and bring new ideas to life.
A supportive team that values innovation and initiative.
The satisfaction of seeing your work directly impact a growing property business.
How to Apply:
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Please include your resume and a brief cover letter sharing your experience — and, if you can, examples of campaigns you're proud of.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
