Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in preparing Marketing / Design materials, preferably in the property industry.
  
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Design.
  
• Must have experience with creative software – Advanced Adobe including Indesign or Canva.
  
• Advanced skills in Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  
• Ability to understand our client needs and translate them into high impact marketing materials.
  

The Role
Join our dynamic Office Leasing Department as a Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Joint Head of Office Leasing in Victoria.

In this pivotal role, you will provide creative and marketing support to the Office Leasing team including data gathering, and producing high impact submissions, market awareness strategies for the team and marketing programs for client’s property, to attract tenants, win listings and maximise departmental revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a marketing program for property listings.
  
• Create and proof leasing brochures, proposals, signage, and digital content.
  
• Work with the leasing team and suppliers to deliver high-quality materials on time.
  
• Undertake market research to establish market trends, consumer needs and attitudes.
  
• Support client presentations, and leasing events.
  
• Track program performance and assist with budgets and reporting.
