We work 9 day fortnights with each team member getting every second Friday off! There’s no extra hours required on other days to make up for this and it doesn’t impact on your annual leave or pay, it’s just a bonus day off every fortnight!

About the role:
As a Junior Google Ads Specialist you will be responsible for assisting our mid and senior specialists where you will both assist them and learn from them - seeing how the best achieve success for their clients and upskilling yourself along the way. You will also work on a few small clients of your own alongside our more senior specialists where you can learn and see the results of your work taking shape.
You will be working alongside a like minded team of specialists who you can bounce ideas off and problem solve together to achieve the best outcome for clients.
This is a hands on learning role, you will supercharge your paid ads experience learning from the best in the industry and you will get to see the results of your work in real time.

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Google Ads Specialist who has serious drive and motivation.
We’re after an enthusiastic and motivated person who will learn to:
Create, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta/Facebook Ads and all its variations.

Navigate the wild world of Google Analytics to find those hidden gems of data that will give you the next opportunity to grow each account.
Write unique and relevant ad copy that will make your competitors jealous.
Conduct thorough keyword research to form the foundation of any successful campaign.

Interpret and report on results to find the next optimisations that will drive elite results!

Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year Google Ads experience preferably in an agency.
Certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities
Membership & Engagement
Be the friendly first point of contact for member enquiries and support.
Manage membership applications, renewals, and database records.

Events & Functions

Provide administrative assistance to the Flag Officers, Club committees and Club Manager

Assist with merchandise coordination and promotional stock management.
Support sponsorship communications and database updates.
About You
You're a proactive, creative, and people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic team environment. You'll bring:

Manage Facebook Ads and Meta Business Manager - from setup to ongoing optimisation.
Track, analyse, and report on performance using tools like Whatagraph and Meta Insights.
Create quarterly reports and insights for our group account and managed office/agent accounts.
Brand Support & Operations
Work alongside our designer and marketing team to produce content that’s consistent and on-brand.
Manage onboarding/offboarding for new agent and office accounts.
Support corporate campaigns, events, and key activations such as our Awards Gala, Pink Morning Tea, and brand partnerships.
Your Skills & Experience
A natural collaborator with a proactive, can-do attitude.
2-3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager.
Proven experience managing and growing brand social accounts.
Strong knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Ads Manager, Business Manager).
Ability to brief, produce, and edit social-first content.
Experience reporting on analytics and interpreting insights to improve strategy (Whatagraph experience is useful but not essential).
