What are 'hub and spoke' Service Centres?
In some regional or remote areas, a 'hub' Service Centre acts as the parent of one or more 'spoke' Service Centre locations. The hub and spoke models share a leadership team and operate in such a way that team members may be required to work between locations.

Operating hours:

You’ll handle inbound and warm outbound calls, assisting new and potential members with quotes, onboarding, and retention during their first 90 days. It’s all about great conversations and genuine care.

What You’ll Do:
  • Starting 10th November - interviews happening now!

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support health insurance sales

  • Outbound calls are to warm leads only – predominantly from prospects who have generated an online quote.

  • Welcome, assist and retain new members within their first 90 days of joining Australian Unity

  • Focus on member satisfaction and retention
