• Provide client focused facilities services and advice to staff in schools, regional centres and other educational centres as well as the wider community.
• Provide high level advice, information and support services to clients across a broad range of facilities planning, investment and asset management issues.
• Coordinate with other regional facilities teams, Infrastructure Services Division and external service providers in the provision of a broad range of facilities services.
• Collaborate with staff across regional facilities teams, Infrastructure Services Division and other agencies to provide a comprehensive field-based facility support service to clients.
• Prepare ministerial responses, reports and briefing materials.
• Adopt and use business practices and processes in accordance with division standards and direction.
• Manage and monitor the delivery of designated capital works, maintenance and facilities services in accordance with defined scope, budget, delivery timetable and quality standards.
• Advise senior officers on a broad range of facilities planning and asset management issues.
• Conduct and report on operational audits of physical assets.
• Participate in and assist with the professional development of regional staff in relevant competencies.

About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking a skilled Rigger/Dogman to join our team based in Adelaide. As a Rigger/Dogman, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on our construction sites. This is a casual position with full time hours working on a tunnel project.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing rigging and dogging duties to lift and move heavy loads safely

2. Selecting, inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards

3. Providing guidance and direction to crane operators to ensure loads are lifted and transported properly

4. Assisting in the planning and coordination of lifts to maximise efficiency and minimise risks

5. Monitoring work areas and identifying and mitigating potential hazards

Due to recent project awards MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking a couple of experienced HSEQ Advisor's for our active project in Mount Morgan, QLD to commence approx January 2026. In this role you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of our construction mining project at Mount Morgan QLD.  You will possess a minimum of Cert IV HSE Certificate and have demonstrated the ability to achieve results within a construction mining environment. We are preferably seeking local to the area for a DIDO role working an 8:6 roster.

Role responsibilities:

• Conduct regular workplace inspections

• Provide support and services associated with Health, Safety and Environment matters to the Project Manager and the Project Team

• Coordinate site based occupational health, safety, and environment activities to ensure the competence and well-being of people, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials

• Ensure that all personnel and subcontractor personnel are adequately instructed concerning safety procedures and systems and that these are complied with
