We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead delivery of a major project on the Gold Coast. This is a pivotal leadership role, overseeing a team of over 5 Site Foremen and driving performance across all site operations to ensure safety, quality, and program milestones are achieved.
About the Builder
You’ll be joining a well-established South East Queensland builder with more than 35 years of industry experience. Known for their straightforward, no-nonsense approach, they have built a reputation for delivering projects ranging from high-end residential developments to large-scale commercial builds. Their operations are guided by four core pillars: time, quality, safety, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of over 5 Site Foremen across multiple work fronts
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Drive program delivery, sequencing, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines
Liaise with Project Manager, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively
Monitor budgets, productivity, and reporting to ensure project efficiency and accountability
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
Demonstrated capability in managing teams of 5+ Site Foremen simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Ability to foster a high-performance culture and deliver results under pressure

The Firm
A large National subcontractor in engineered timber flooring is seeking a talented new member, to their Estimating team. You will be working in a team of like minded individuals pricing projects and liaising very closely with International fabricators, wholesalers and head contracting builders. This busy subcontractor has a full order book into 2026.
Their strategic approach coupled with high commercial acumen and ability to only pursue high calibre driven and ambitious staff has allowed them to succeed in a niche market space for over 60 years.
In NSW, they are an established name and Industry Leaders in their field there employees are dedicated and satisfied, continually being challenged and promoted in their performance.
If you are an ambitious Design Estimator with experience reading designs and pricing on engineered floor systems, this role is for you.
The Role:
With high commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills and a sheer passion for your work you will be required to work well autonomously, but also well within a team, communicating effectively with the Fabricators, Builders, Wholesalers and internal team.
Your experience will have been gained working for a similar engineering flooring subcontractor.

Best Practices: Apply proven best estimating practices to interpret plans and prepare detailed, accurate building estimates.
Technical Knowledge: Use your working knowledge of contemporary estimating methods and a thorough understanding of building construction, maintenance legislative, and regulatory requirements.
Experience: Proven background in building construction and maintenance, with a strong focus on estimating and scoping.
