• Estimate Preparation: Craft accurate estimates and manage cost control for commercial and industrial projects.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and office team in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.

• Client Communication: Confidently liaise with clients, builders, suppliers, and roofing teams to ensure smooth project progression.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to refining and enhancing company processes as the organization continues to grow.

• Roofing Estimation Expertise: Proven experience in commercial and industrial metal roofing estimating, with a keen eye for detail.

• Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing abilities, with proficiency (or willingness to learn) in various software including Google Workspace, Xero, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam Revu.

• Plan Reading Skills: Ability to read and measure plans accurately, ensuring precise estimations.

• Organizational Prowess: Highly organized individual with strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

• Adaptability: A willingness to embrace new systems and technologies, contributing to the company's innovative approach.
