About the role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our dynamic Landscape Construction team at Eureka Landscapes on the Sunshine Coast in Caloundra, Queensland. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our landscape construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and directing a team of landscape construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinating the activities of subcontractors and ensuring their work aligns with project requirements
Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise, and providing regular updates to the project manager
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Assisting with the preparation and processing of project documentation, including timesheets, material requisitions, and progress reports
Providing hands-on support and guidance to the construction team as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in the landscape construction industry
Thorough understanding of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Demonstrated experience in managing projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are highly desirable

Heidelberg Materials are currently seeking a DIDO/FIFO or local Relief Plant Operative (Batcher)/Agitator Driver to join our team in Moranbah Concrete Plant. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about safety, hold a strong work ethic and are results focused. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential.
Financials:
For locals, you will receive rental assistance.
For FIFO we will fly you in from Brisbane Airport.
In addition to your wage, you will receive a living away from allowance, plus accommodation.
2 weeks on 1 week off roster.

About the role:
Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
Deliver concrete to our customers
Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
Go through a 10-day training program.
Most days will start at 7am-3pm and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 - 55 hours per week.
You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven't met before.
We provide you with cutting edge technology, to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads.
About you:
Batching and Agitator experience preferred
Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
Have a professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude
A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
Hold a minimum HR licence.

Telum are currently searching for an offsider to join one of Australia's leading piling contractors on a major construction project in the Parramatta region.
We have an ongoing role available for a knowledgeable and driven civil construction worker, preferably with previous exposure to piling works.
You will be working as a part of a small crew, who are operating a piling rig to install steel cages, dogging a crawler crane, pouring concrete to reinforce cages and finishing piles to specific requirements.
Previous experience working with concrete and power tools is essential, as you will be working in a fast paced environment and will have strict deadlines to meet.

We are seeking experienced Structural Steel Riggers/Dogman, Boilermakers , Labourers and Crane operators for immediate start.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Structural steel erection, pinning steel
Running and bolting purlins
Directing cranes using whistles
Slinging of loads
General ground labour including drilling and set out .
Onsite welding
Boilermaking / Welding (Certification required)
You must possess the following skills and attributes:
EWP ticket 11m and over
Dogger / Rigger Licence
Boilermaker (Trade Qualified & Welds must be able to pass weld testing)
Have own tools including rattle guns.
Own transport to get to and from site.
Read & Interpret drawings.
Fit & motivated to work.
Have the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Show initiative within the workplace and commitment to safety.
Have a high attention to detail within your workmanship.
