We’re looking for a proactive, people-first Client Growth Specialist to join the Performance Team at White Key Marketing, reporting directly to our Head of Performance.
You’ll be the go-to person for your clients across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email & SMS Marketing, and Websites - guiding the strategy, coordinating our channel specialists, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
This isn’t a hands-on execution role. You won’t be in Ads Manager or writing SEO blogs. Instead, you’ll take the lead in client strategy, communication, and delivery, connecting the dots between our clients, creative, and performance teams to make their marketing come to life.
What you’ll do
Lead client relationships across a portfolio of performance clients: running weekly WIPs, monthly reports, quarterly reviews, and casual coffee catch-ups.
Develop and oversee marketing calendars: aligning campaigns, deliverables, and launch dates across Meta, Google, SEO, Email/SMS, and Web.
Project manage our specialists: ensuring briefs are clear, deadlines are met, and campaigns roll out seamlessly across all channels.
Interpret performance reports: collaborate with channel leads to translate data into actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
Manage website projects and maintenance: liaise with developers and designers to ensure builds, updates, and CRO improvements align with client goals.
Collaborate with our social media team: aligning organic and paid efforts for full-funnel results.
Direct Content Shoots: work with our Head of Content to execute smooth content shoots for your clients.
Act as the client’s marketing manager: from planning to execution, you’re their key contact and strategic advisor.
You’ll be great at this if you have
1-2 years’ agency experience in client service, account management, or marketing coordination.
A deep understanding of performance marketing - Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email/SMS, and Websites - even if you’re not the one executing them.
Strong communication and leadership skills - you’re confident in meetings, structured in follow-ups, and clear under pressure.
Proven project management ability across multiple clients, channels, and deliverables (we use Notion for workflow and organisation).
A knack for building trust and driving clarity - you keep everyone accountable and always find solutions.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with creative, social, or performance teams under one roof.
