We’re passionate about fresh, innovative food experiences and expanding our footprint across SA, QLD, and VIC.

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple concepts — from quick-service to premium dining — bringing creativity and strategy together to connect with our customers and communities.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

You’ll manage all aspects of campaign planning, content, and brand storytelling across our national network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple brands (Soonta, Momentea, Sip & Sear)

  • Manage brand identity, positioning, and digital presence across each brand

  • Oversee websites, social media channels, and online promotions

  • Plan and execute promotional activities and Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives

  • Coordinate creative content — photography, videography, and design

  • Analyse campaign and sales data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Build customer loyalty and retention programs

  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reports

  • Support new store openings, collaborations, and product launches

  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency

About You

You’re creative, organised, and thrive in a hands-on environment. You enjoy switching between multiple brands, bringing fresh energy and consistency to each.

You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or digital media

  • Experience managing multiple brands or concepts (preferred)

  • Strong digital and social media management skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, CRM, and analytics tools

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Creative eye for design and attention to detail

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR marketing (a plus)

Why Join Soonta Group
  • Be part of a growing, multi-brand hospitality group

  • Creative freedom to bring bold ideas to life

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

  • Exciting career growth as we expand nationally
