The opportunity We're looking for a UX Content Specialist to join our Digital and CX team (Web and Growth) on a max term contract until June 2026. In this role, you'll shape digital experiences for UniSuper members and prospects by creating user-centric content for our digital channels-including web, app, and member portal. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, accessible, and compliant content that enhances the member experience and supports acquisition.
Key responsibilities: - Create and improve digital content, from page copy to microcopy, in partnership with design and experience teams.
- Facilitate content delivery-writing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy, relevance, and impact.
- Conduct content audits and leverage analytics/user research to optimise structure, clarity, and accessibility.
- Ensure all content meets compliance obligations and WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines.
- Support content approval processes and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Digital, Marketing, Legal, and Risk.
About you
You're a skilled communicator with a passion for simplifying complex information for digital audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with data, research, and compliance requirements.
You'll bring: - Strong editorial and writing skills, with experience in digital content for apps and member portals.
- Ability to simplify technical or regulatory content.
- Experience responding to research, usability testing, and analytics.
- Knowledge of information architecture, content hierarchy, and design systems.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore or similar).
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, digital media, or related fields.
- Experience in superannuation, financial services, or higher education (highly regarded).
