• Forklift Operation, Stocktaking and parts inventory management
• Manage stock levels of critical spares and consumables to ensure availability
• Coordinate with transport contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Receive, unload, and check goods against purchase orders for accuracy

• Ensure receivables are delivered to the correct location within required timeframes

• Valid Driver’s Licence - C Class Manual Required

• Conduct workplace inspections, verification audits, hazard identification and risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and assist in implementing and tracking corrective and preventative actions.
• Assist with maintaining and reviewing the site Safety Management System (SMS), relevant Management Plans and associated procedures.
• Monitor and analyse safety performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct and/or participate in work place audits, risk assessments of site work activities and conditions, including high risk tasks and shutdown activities.
• Assist in leading, drafting and presenting accident/incident investigations and reports.
• Carry out targeted OHS training as identified through audits, inspections, task observations, compile statistical reports on injuries, type, frequency, trends, and actions.
• Assist with compiling selected EOM OHS and Workers Compensation statistics and reports.
• Provide specialist advice on workplace health and safety matters to ensure compliance with WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and Australian and company standards.

• Review approved notifications, allocating initial priority for non urgent tasks & provide feedback to Originator on Status of the Notification (WFIN, RJCL)
• Estimate labour requirements and equipment downtime
• Detail planning of work orders and assign resource requirement for approved non-urgent work
• Review maintenance history, damage, cause, functional failure to ensure accurate data capture and updates are provided by maintenance team where appropriate
• Initiate Warranty and Repairable/Rotable Process on non-urgent corrective work with appropriate asset class internal SME
• Review work in required schedule period taking into consideration (Asset criticality, statutory work, warranty, repairable / rotable, severity and safety impact) inclusive of project maintenance work.
• Identify any potential scope conflict and repackage the activities, amending duration of required down-time when necessary
• Arrange specialised external contractors / suppliers (for Planner-driven work) and commence CMS to engage
• Participate in relevant Work Management Meetings to review and mature plan into executable schedule
• Ensure work order or maintenance task lists are updated appropriately (either trigger with Superintendent, Engineering or RTTMS data central team.
• Facilitate cost performance reviews for planner group
• Escalate any major variance of actual vs plan and identify opportunities to realign spend vs budget
• Provide input to Superintendent in alignment with quarterly budget planning & reforecasting process

• Current " C Class" WA Drivers License
• Experience in maintenance planning fixed plant
• Experience in SAP
• Have previous planning experience with crushers, chutes & shutdowns
• Have exposure and understanding to CMMS Maintenance modules
• Possess intermediate / Advanced use of MS office (Excel / Project)
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude
