We are looking for enthusiastic and eager staff to fill approximately 3 positions at our Westfield Northlakes store, beginning on the 20th of October.

The work revolves around painting names onto glass baubles with glue and glitter, as well as general retail duties (operating till, stocking, customer service etc).


Wages for 21yo+ are paid as casual hourly rate, rates are different for under 21.

$33.19 Weekdays
$39.83 Saturdays
$46.46 Sundays
+Evening rates, Overtime & Super

You must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week, ideally available 5-6 days a week. 


Artistic skills – especially with a paintbrush or calligraphy knowledge – help, but are not 100% necessary. We are looking for creative, hard working employees who are keen to learn. Some of our best writers had never touched a brush before and were just eager learners.


Aside from your resume, in your application you must provide the following:

1. Any artistic skills that you have, especially anything with lettering, painting, calligraphy or typography.

About the Role

A hands-on, fast-paced role largely out of the office. You’ll support our PMs and be the friendly face of the business at inspections and open homes, while learning the end-to-end PM process.



What You’ll Be Doing
  • Routine inspections & reporting – assess property condition, document clearly and action follow-ups (detail focus, time management).

  • Open homes & tenant enquiries – host opens, handle calls/emails and arrange private viewings (customer service, communication).

  • Maintenance triage – log requests, prioritise urgent repairs, coordinate trades and keep owners/tenants updated (problem-solving, coordination).

  • Breach notices – prepare and issue rent/tenancy breaches accurately (compliance, attention to detail).

  • Owner updates & weekly reports – provide concise feedback after opens and simple activity summaries (written comms, stakeholder care).

  • Key management – tag/cut keys and maintain tidy key records (organisation, accountability).

  • Ingoings (assist as needed) – complete detailed ingoing inspection reports when required (flexibility, teamwork).

  • System updates & file compliance – keep CRM records current and communicate proactively with the team (tech-savvy, collaboration).

As you progress, you’ll also assist with:

  • Applications – process and verify documentation (accuracy, judgement).

  • Rent increase CMAs – prepare market evidence (research, numeracy).

  • Lease renewals – draft documents and liaise with tenants/owners (administration, negotiation basics).
