The Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead this newly opened boutique. Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will support all aspects of daily operations while playing a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable guiding a small team, building meaningful relationships with clients, and ensuring the boutique runs seamlessly. You will help foster a positive, high-performing environment that reflects the brand’s values and upholds its standards of excellence in both service and presentation.
Skills and Experience
Success in this role will come from your previous experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally within jewellery, fashion, or timepieces. You will have a strong foundation in team leadership or supervisory responsibilities, with a natural ability to motivate and inspire those around you. A deep appreciation for customer experience is essential, along with polished communication skills and a refined personal presentation. You will be organised, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the growth of a boutique that is in its exciting early days.
