The Role
This year-round key leadership position will lead the Maintenance team in planning and executing all preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting breakages and general repairs across the property. You will work closely with the General Manager to plan and execute all maintenance works and capital expenditure projects.
With demonstrated experience in a similar role, you will have experience maintaining a wide range of plant and equipment including air conditioning and electrical works. You’ll have great time management with the ability to prioritise multiple projects as well as a strong safety focus, actively participating and supporting safety initiatives.

Thermogroup is looking for a highly driven, motivated and experienced full time Hydronic Underfloor Heating Specialist. We are looking for a candidate to support with the launch of Hydronic Underfloor Heating as a new product range for us. The ideal candidate is highly organised, work well with a team, has a strong work ethic and has had previous experience with hydronic heating systems, and direct underfloor heating expertise.
You will be assisting with sourcing, product training, and ongoing technical support. This role will be remote and we can discuss setting up a working space in your area.
Core Accountabilities
Supply Chain & Sourcing
o Work with the current team to identify, evaluate, and secure reliable supply partners.
o Assist in product specification, compliance requirements, and supplier negotiations.
Product Launch & Training
o Support the rollout of the Hydronic Underfloor Heating product range, including technical input and guidance.
o Deliver training to sales, customer service, and installation teams on product knowledge, system design, quoting, and technical calculations.
o Assist in creating customer-facing materials, installation guides, and training resources.
Product Development & Design
o Contribute to the design, testing, and prototyping of new hydronic products and system components.
o Identify opportunities for product improvements and innovative solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
o Provide ongoing product support to both internal teams and customers.
o Assist with warranty claims, fault diagnosis, and system troubleshooting.

Key Attributes & Requirements
Proven experience in hydronic heating systems, plumbing, or mechanical services, ideally with direct underfloor heating expertise.
Strong technical knowledge of hydronic system design, heat loss calculations, and installation practices.
Hands-on experience with hydronic installation, commissioning, or maintenance is highly desirable.
Ability to deliver engaging technical training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with Australian Standards, building codes, and compliance requirements for heating systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and procurement teams.
We are offering $90,000 – $120,000 for this position with an additional bonus scheme offered at the completion of the probation period.
