About the role
Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a Financial Operations Manager (Health Manager Level 4) to oversee the end of month and annual, internal and external reporting functions for financial matters, the coordination of the external audit function and requirements ensuring the accurate presentation of financial information.
The Financial Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal legislation and guidelines including but not limited to Accounts and Audit Determination, Ministry of Health Policy, Accounting Standards and Practices, Audit requirements and compliance with the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) Delegations Manual.

About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Systems Contractor for a 3-month project (with potential extension) to design and implement a more efficient, automated invoicing process.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working closely with the Head of Administration and Finance, this role will involve engaging with multiple teams across the business to map, build, and deliver a consistent invoicing workflow within Eclipse.
You’ll play a key role in moving the company from a manual process to a structured, automated system that improves accuracy, speed, and visibility across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery sessions with Finance, Admin, and Operations staff to understand current workflows
Review, document, and map the existing manual invoicing process end-to-end
Learn and analyse the Eclipse CRM configuration and data flows
Design, test, and implement new invoicing processes and templates within Eclipse
Build workflow rules, approvals, and checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Produce clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Deliver user training and support handover to internal teams
Recommend ongoing process and system improvements
Key Deliverables
Fully documented, end-to-end invoicing process within Eclipse

About You

We're partnering with a leading national organisation seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist with strong Time & Attendance systems experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in system configuration, rostering logic, vendor liaison, and ensuring BAU payroll runs smoothly and accurately. You'll support both the technical and operational sides of payroll, maintaining, configuring, and optimising T&A and payroll platforms while ensuring compliant, high-quality payroll delivery when the team needs the additional support.
