The role requires someone who loves to help, is comfortable speaking on the phone and working alongside our successful sales team. There will be rostered Saturdays every 2nd week (till 4:00pm) and having a day off in lieu during the week.
The role may also require working from our new Display Homes (Central Coast and Turramurra) as required.

You will be responsible for the customer’s journey from the initial enquiry through to Sales which includes:
Managing new leads and enquiries via phone and email
Remotely assessing site conditions and feasibility of a new dwelling
Recommending the right product to our customers
Influencing our customers during the pre-Sales process
Working on creating and sustaining relationships with customers and our internal teams
Updating our CRM with customer notes, additional information and data to assist our teams
Analyse and collect customer data to prepare reports
Finding solutions for our customer’s needs
Providing support to the sales team with duties such as calendar management and customer follow ups

We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Experience Consultant to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre team in Newcastle. This full-time opportunity offers a rotating roster, with shifts between Monday to Friday (8 am - 6 pm) and one Saturday shift (9 am - 2 pm) every four weeks.

In this role, you'll manage multiple systems, navigate complex queries, and deliver seamless support across a variety of channels. Previous Contact Centre experience; financial services background is highly regarded.
Engaging approach to be able to quickly identify customer needs and promote appropriate products and services.

Performs well under pressure and works collaboratively with team members.
Confident navigating multiple systems with accuracy, ensuring both efficiency and compliance.
