Due to the significant weather events in Queensland, our client is seeking multiple Customer Service Agents to assist with the expected surge in customer calls for support and claims enquiries.
 
These positions will be for a month initially but could be extended depending on the severity of the event and impact to the community.
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Provide high quality service as the first point of contact for support and claims enquires.
  • Receiving inbound calls, obtaining necessary information and utilising generalist knowledge to assist customers in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Undertake administrative work as required to support the provision of high quality service delivery.
  • Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels, maintaining a professionally courteous and friendly manner.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a call centre environment would be advantageous.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in trade, building supplies, or warehouse sales environments preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and POS/ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of aluminium profiles and terminology is advantageous.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and professional in presentation.
