What’s on offer:
Full-time hours on a casual basis (ongoing for the right person)
Early starts: 5:30/6:30am until run completion (usually 1–2pm)
Alternating Saturdays with penalty rates

What you’ll need:
MR licence + delivery experience
Ability to confidently drive a manual truck
Physically fit – able to lift up to 20kg

The successful candidates’ main duties will be to assist production with assembling a variety of internal and external blinds and awnings. Ie: Roller Blinds, Duette Blinds, Verticals, Aluminium Venetians Blinds etc.
This role requires you to ensure that all deadlines and production expectations are met and is an ongoing casual role working Monday to Friday 38-hour week with a transition to full time employment after a successful 4-months.

About the Role:
Reporting to the QA Manager, this position performs a variety of Quality Control tests and inspections at regular frequencies, provides feedback to production staff to help drive production and maintain food safety and quality.
The role requires a hands-on and energetic person with a high level of organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct QC line verification activities on semi finished and finished products
Conduct QC tests on finished products and report any deviations within specified timeframes.
Report Food Safety and Quality in process non-conformances to QA department.
Report outcomes within specified timeframes and ensure nonconforming product is quarantined.
Maintain QC records to provide objective evidence that product conforms to the appropriate requirements.
To be successful in the role:
The successful applicant will have an eye for detail, ability and experience with manufacturing QC activities.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
Ability to adapt to change and work to given instructions.
Comfortability with hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite, e-mails
Good numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.
QC experience and industry knowledge is preferred.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful applicant will be required to pick and assemble goods, load trucks efficiently, manage the inventory processes involved in the receipt and put away of stock, maintaining bin locations, and general tidiness of the facility. This is a physical position with some heavy lifting and requires flexibility to work various shifts in Dry, Chiller and Freezer environments.
Duties:

Perform work occasionally in the freezer storage area at minus 18 degrees temperature
Skills and Experience:
A current forklift licence with reach experience (preferred but not essential)
Be physically fit and able to work nights 7pm start time.
