A leading residential builder is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join their high-performing Operations team in Port Melbourne.
This role suits someone who loves structure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about helping clients bring beautifully designed homes to life.
About the RoleYou’ll take each project from initial deposit through to contract signing and all the way to handover.
Your job is to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and excited throughout the entire pre-construction process.
You’ll be coordinating drawings, approvals, variations, documentation, land research, and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to keep each project moving smoothly.
What You’ll Be DoingManaging the full project coordination workflow from deposit to contract and handover
Being the key point of contact for clients — delivering a smooth and positive experience
Preparing and updating all project documentation (plans, variations, specs, permits)
Liaising with sales, estimating, drafting, developers, council, suppliers and site teams
Ensuring plans meet regulations, developer guidelines and client requirements
Preparing contracts and briefing Site Managers on project details
Managing on-site administration, variations, and client queries
Keeping workflows and systems updated and accurate

Duties and Responsibilities
Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements
Close liaison between internal and external staff members
Close liaison with clients and relationship building
Skills & Experience
Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
Certificate IV Building & Construction (essential)
A minimum Trade background
Site Supervisor Licence (QLD)
Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised
Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent professional and personal presentation
Computer literacy
Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential)

As a Senior Concreter, you'll take the lead in delivering high-standard concreting works on civil construction sites. Your experience and knowledge will be critical in supporting the team to meet project targets while maintaining quality and safety.
· All aspects of formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pours.
· Finishing and screeding to spec.
· Reading plans and working to levels.
· Supervising or mentoring less experienced workers when needed.
· Working with site supervisors to deliver to schedule.
What you will need
· Extensive experience in civil concreting (5+ years preferred)
· White Card & current Drivers Licence.
· Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test
· Relevant concreting or trade qualifications (desirable)

As their team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor with a specific focus on civil infrastructure, large-scale road projects, and urban developments, including Stage 2A of the Canberra Light Rail Project, to join the team and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
About the Role
As a Project Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-accuracy surveying services for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project teams, using advanced surveying technology and software such as 12d Model to ensure all measurements and reports meet industry standards and client specifications. This is role which involves both fieldwork and the management of data.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engineering and construction surveys across diverse project sites, with a focus on civil infrastructure, major road projects, and urban developments.
Use 12d Model confidently and accurately.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry and regulatory standards, including ACT/NSW guidelines.
Work independently on-site, liaising with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
Prepare and deliver accurate reports, plans, and calculations to stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern surveying equipment and best practices.
Provide technical advice and problem-solving support to the broader project team.
What You Will Need
A minimum of a Diploma in Surveying (or a higher qualification) - mandatory
Proven experience in civil infrastructure, large-scale road projects, and urban development projects.
Advanced proficiency with 12d Model.
Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
A valid Australian driver’s license and full working rights within Australia.
