We are seeking an experienced Site Representative to oversee day-to-day coordination of construction works on behalf of the project superintendent. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery of works within a secure facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site inspections and monitor progress against approved construction programs.
  • Ensure works comply with project documentation, approved management plans, and Building Act requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance inspections and site activities.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding cost, time, and quality issues.
  • Assist with validation of contractor payment claims, variations, extensions of time, and RFIs.

About You

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification (TAFE or trade background also considered).

  • Current White Card and driver's licence.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of design, construction, and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This includes stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and compliance with relevant standards and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
