We specialise in domestic wastewater treatment systems and underground concrete water tanks. Based in Smeaton Grange, we install our tanks mostly in the greater Sydney area, but also from Canberra to Newcastle.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join our growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Safe and efficient operation of excavators
Conducting daily pre-start checks and maintaining accurate records of jobs, hours, and machine condition
Reading and interpreting site and construction plans
Providing professional service to clients and working closely with team members
Identifying and reporting any equipment or site issues promptly
Upholding company, state and national safety standards and procedures
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Current Excavator certificate of competency cards (essential)
HR truck licence (HC highly regarded)
White Card (Construction Induction Safety certificate)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Position Overview: The Project Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across multiple ongoing projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers and site teams, you will ensure that documentation, communication and project processes run smoothly from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organise and coordinate project activities and timelines
· Prepare, track and manage project documentation, reports, schedules and project files
· Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
· Support Project Managers and site teams with administrative processes to achieve project goals and deadlines
· Monitor project progress and collect data for reporting and performance analysis
· Prepare and review progress reports, project submissions and compliance documents
· Organise project meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on action items
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, registers and databases.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Diploma or higher qualification in project administration or a related field.
· Minimum of two years of proven experience in project administration, project coordination or a similar role.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
· Candidate able to communicate in Czech language (preferred)

We're growing and are looking for an experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality concrete work, can confidently run a crew, and wants long-term stability with a fast-developing company.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5-8 years of concrete work experience to confidently run a crew and deliver high-quality work.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading small and large teams across a variety of concrete projects including house slabs, commercial pours, structural works and decorative finishes.
Key duties include:
Reading and interpreting plans, levels and site documentation
Setting out, organising daily tasks and supervising a team
Screeding, finishing and delivering high-quality slabs
Coordinating pours, managing productivity and maintaining site safety
White Card construction safety certification is required for site safety compliance
Liaising with builders, subcontractors and internal management
Maintaining quality control, ITP requirements and efficient workflow
Skills & Experience
Strong screeding and finishing skills (mandatory)
Ability to read and understand plans and RLs
Experience leading crews on residential or commercial slab pours
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Formwork and reinforcement (REO) experience preferred but not essential
Driver's licence required
Positive attitude, reliability and pride in workmanship

You are an experienced, accountable, and proactive civil construction professional who is committed to safety and efficiency. You possess comprehensive knowledge of safe and efficient road construction and maintenance. You have the proven ability to organise and manage worksite activities with minimal supervision.
