Design & Build are excited to once again partner with one of Adelaide's thriving commercial construction companies. Over the last 2 years they've experience growth in headcount, location, project numbers, and project size.
We're currently looking for a Site Manager to be stationed on one of their $10m - $15m projects within the broader Adelaide metro area.
Duties in your role will include: - Full site set up
- Management of all trades and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
- Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
- Management of stakeholders both internally and externally
To be successful in your application you will require the following: - Minimum 4 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Ideally you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of OH&S
- Ability to work autonomously
