They work across the urban, commercial, healthcare, industrial and education sectors, and have a huge portfolio of clients in QLD.

The role
Due to sustained, ongoing growth within the civil section, this firm is currently searching for an experienced Civil Supervisor / Superintendent to join their Brisbane team working on large scale urban development and commercial projects.
This excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge within a well run, solid and dependable civil and structural consultancy.
Reporting to the QLD Civil lead this role will be responsible for supervision of civil construction works and managing variations and claims etc across medium sized to large scale projects.
The requirements
5 years + in a Civil Superintendent / Supervisor or CA role
High level client facing experience
Degree in Civil Engineering preferred, non essential
Experience in relevant civil design software
Experience working on urban and commercial construction projects

About the Company
Leading Fire Sprinkler Contractor in QLD for 20 years, specialising in Large/High Bay/Automated Warehouses, also including Shopping Centres and High Rise Projects.
We currently have a team of 4 Sprinkler Designers and require an additional Team Member to start immediately on a High Profile Project and ongoing work.
Role Requirements
Previous Experience with Fire Sprinkler Contracting Company, including attending design meetings, carrying out co-ordinated shop drawings, listing pipe fabrication sheets/materials and block plans.
Proficiency in Autocad and Revit for Design and Hyena for Hydraulic Calculations.
Strong knowledge of Australian and US codes, standards and regulations.
Work in a Team Environment.
Manage project timelines, stakeholders and approvals across SEQ developments

The Opportunity
Contribute to the operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure optimum speeds and quality throughout the plant.
Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure optimum speeds and quality
Perform routine in-process checks during production
Manufacture and Package products in accordance with specifications
Accurate recordings of documentation batch production records, including production reporting to management
Clean production areas and equipment in accordance with appropriate time intervals; and
Participate in the implementation of agreed process improvement initiatives in the Plant
What you’ll bring
A3 Speed aseptic filling experience on Tetrapak fillers or similar experience - highly advantageous
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is ideal
Sound understanding of quality and workplace health and safety standards, legislation and regulations
Demonstrated experience working with Lean principals
Excellent attention to detail in all areas of work, computer skills

About the Program:
AIR6500 is the RAAF’s $3 billion program to develop a joint air battle management system that builds on the capabilities offered by Next Generation sensor and command and control systems. AIR6500 will create a fully networked ‘system of systems’ that synchronises air and missile defence operations in joint and coalition environments, maximising situational awareness and enhancing the speed of decision making across the battlespace.
About the role:
The Support System Design Engineering Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for the technical management of the Operational Continuity Integrated Product Team (IPT) and for leading it through all phases of the product lifecycle from development and production to delivery and sustainment.
The EPM is accountable for overall program performance, ensuring the team meets its technical, cost, schedule, and quality objectives, while effectively managing risks and opportunities. Acting as the primary point of communication for the IPT, the EPM coordinates with functional areas, allocates tasks, and provides performance feedback to support successful program execution.
Day to day responsibilities:
Define and document the team’s operating approach, including roles, responsibilities, communication protocols, and decision-making processes.
Plan, schedule, and facilitate regular team meetings to drive effective communication, collaboration, and progress toward program objectives.
Clearly assign and communicate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity of expectations and accountability.
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule outlining key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with program requirements.
Collaborate with functional areas — including engineering, manufacturing, and logistics — to secure the necessary resources and expertise for successful execution.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports and updates to stakeholders, including program managers, customers, and senior leadership, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and issues.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues that may affect team performance or program outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements that improve team efficiency and productivity.
Monitor, manage, and report on team performance metrics, tracking progress against defined goals and objectives.
About you:
Extensive experience in communicating, coordinating, prioritising, and monitoring work progress to achieve defined goals.
Proven success in leading and managing multi-disciplinary product teams within complex project environments.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve impediments, manage conflicts, and prioritise competing outcomes.
Highly advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks, processes, and tools.
Demonstrated experience in assessing capability needs, developing plans, and implementing skill improvement initiatives.
Experience in the definition, development, and delivery of Support Systems for Commonwealth programs.
Any skills in the following is highly desirable:
Experience in Systems Engineering practices and methodologies.
Background in Complex Systems Integration and Test.
Understanding of Model-Based Engineering processes.
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training or certification.

This is a critical contract role for 12-24 months, based at Eastern Creek in Sydney. You will play a key role in building out, maintaining, and operationally improving the cloud infrastructure, working closely with the data centre development organisation and external vendors.
