Oversee a multi-disciplinary leadership team to establish and monitor robust clinical governance, performance and evaluation frameworks, and training and development for staff that supports ongoing delivery and service improvement of the Statewide Rehabilitation Service.
Oversee the design and implementation of new monitoring and reporting systems and processes that allow critical analysis of performance and outcome data, service evaluation and enable identification of trends to inform continuous improvement and service design.
Support the delivery of rehabilitation services across the State in collaboration with Senior Managers of SRS Community, and Rehabilitation and Outcomes at each custodial precinct.
Oversee the development of resources to support adherence to the Child Safe Standards, including through procedures, training and including voice of young people and families in service evaluation.
Support workforce capability and uplift through the management of delivery of clinical induction and training, and ongoing clinical professional development.

To be successful in this role you will have:
High level of subject matter knowledge or expertise in forensic clinical interventions or related areas such as criminology, psychology, social work, mental health or youth work.
Demonstrated experience in leading and effectively managing a team of professionals to deliver services within a complex service system.
A full driver’s licence is required.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career and obtain valuable experience working as a Senior Police Lawyer in the Legal Services Department (LSD) at Victoria Police.

The FOI and Privacy Officer is responsible for administering the BPC's Freedom of Information (FOI), Privacy and Data Protection functions and other duties as requested by the Manager, Corporate Governance. In addition to strong stakeholder management skills, the role has a solid understanding of the FOI and Privacy and Data Protection frameworks and will ensure that the BPC meets its obligations under the relevant legislation, by responding to FOI applications, BPC privacy breaches managing relevant risks and educating staff as required.

About the BPC
The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's new regulator for building and plumbing.
It brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation.
Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation will come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance. These services will now part of the BPC and will be fully integrated over the next 12 months.

Are you an experienced criminal lawyer that will help shape the future of the criminal prosecution service in the Northern Territory?
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is recruiting an experienced criminal lawyer and advocate as a Crown Prosecutor.
In that role your key responsibilities will include maintaining carriage of indictable criminal prosecutions, instructing and junioring in both Supreme Court trials and the Court of Criminal Appeal. This is a position for an experienced advocate who is able to conduct less complex jury trials, sentences and breach applications in the Supreme Court as well as appear in committal proceedings and contested summary prosecutions in the Local Court.
To be shortlisted it is essential you have been admitted or are eligible for admission as a barrister or solicitor of the High Court or a Supreme Court of a State or Territory of Australia, have experience in criminal law and advocacy, and can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of criminal law, Uniform Evidence Law and DPP Guidelines.
Excellent organisational skills combined with strong interpersonal and analytical skills will put you in good standing.
The rewards
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $110,873 - $124,173, inclusive of 12% superannuation, six weeks recreational and three weeks personal leave, 17.5% annual leave loading, substantial career satisfaction, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to experience the uniqueness of living and working in the Northern Territory.
