About the role

Join the dynamic team at d-spa as a Dental Assistant. This role can be negotiated as Part-Time or Full-Time, based on the applicant. Our clinic is based in the heart of vibrant South Yarra. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting our dentists and providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and sterilising dental equipment and instruments

  • Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments and materials

  • Performing basic dental tasks such as taking impressions, applying topical anaesthetics, and placing temporary fillings

  • Ensuring the dental treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for the next patient

  • Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting.

  • All levels of experience will be considered.

  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification. Not essential

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the dental team

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

How you will make an impact
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Storeperson to join the Pharmacy team, coordinating the Pharmacy stock. This is a part-time role with 15 hours per week with scope to work additional hours, and will be based on-site at Cabrini Malvern, Cabrini Brighton and Cabrini Elsternwick hospitals. The Pharmacy team work a range of shifts between the hours of 8AM to 4PM, from Monday to Friday.

Whilst previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, training will be provided.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Scanning and generating Imprest orders, receiving and delivering stock to Imprest wards and processing invoices
  • Conducting expiry checks and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely (predominantly pharmacy supplies)
  • Assisting as directed with EOFY stocktakes and rolling stocktakes as well as performing other warehouse duties as required
  • Manual handling will be required, lifting and moving items according to Workplace Health & Safety practices

Essential Criteria

  • Up to date with the changing environment of Aged Care 
  • Great understanding of aged care legislation
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised and an ability to use online systems

Are you a compassionate and skilled mental health professional with a desire to support clients by providing individualised, evidence based interventions for short to medium-term support?

We are working with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation to seek a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join their team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing assessment, triage and psychological therapies to support clients' long-term recovery. 

Reporting to the Clinical Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver trauma-informed mental health care services, including evidence-based psychological therapies and wellbeing interventions, tailored to the needs of clients.

  • Perform risk assessments, case formulations and treatment plans for clients with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

  • Actively participate in individual and group supervision in addition to professional development activities.

  • Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Uphold organisational values and policies while maintaining a commitment to quality service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will require: 

  • A tertiary degree in Counselling, Social Work, Nursing or Psychology

  • Registration with a relevant professional body - ACA, PACFA, AASW or APHRA

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
