• Maintenance Technician – Annual salary circa:
  • $114,500 + Super Day Shift
• Working Schedule:
  • Mon - Fri - $48ph (Day Shift)
  • Sat - $72ph
  • Sun - $96ph

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Tasks as per the weekly schedule.
• Decrease the duration of all downtimes by rectifying them as quickly as possible, in a safe manner.
• Actively monitor waste, attributable to plant and equipment, and immediately report to the Shift Manager and Supervisor, any instance where it exceeds the standard.
• Provide diagnostic testing and maintenance services on a wide variety of electrical protection and control relays & equipment.
• Ensure that all food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards are met or exceeded by BRC, HACCP, and GMP.
• Assist the Engineering Department in meeting deadlines with the installation of new projects and improvements to current Plant & Machinery.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams. An egoless approach with strong communication and people skills. MUST be open to feedback and be able to ask for help when required.

• Maintenance Technician applicants must have relevant qualifications & experience. Electrical qualifications also welcome.
• CMMS knowledge, such as MEX, is advantageous.

About the role:

Due to continued business growth, Urban Cranes is seeking motivated Electricians to join our tower crane electrical and service team. Experience with tower cranes is highly regarded but not essential, we are keen to hear from qualified electricians with relevant industrial, mechanical, or plant-equipment experience who are eager to learn specialised tower crane systems. You will be involved in electrical installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of electric tower cranes and associated equipment across Perth and regional WA. About You:

To be successful, you must:

• Hold a A-Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)

• Hold a Construction White Card (mandatory)

• Hold a Working at Heights (mandatory)

• Experience with heavy machinery, plant equipment, industrial electrical systems, or similar

• Experience working safely at heights

• Strong understanding of electrical safety and safe work procedures

• Ability to fault-find, think independently, and work through technical issues

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

• Have excellent communication skills

• Be highly reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
