Confined Space Labourer & Supervisor
Location: Caringbah South
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm (ongoing)
Pay Rates:
• Labourer: $43–$47/hr + super
• Supervisor: $60–$62/hr + super
Our client is delivering a major long-term program focused on desilting and rehabilitating critical sewer assets across Sydney’s South. This program runs for six years with the potential for extension and offers stable employment, ongoing development and the chance to work on essential infrastructure that will serve the community for decades.
This work is hands-on, technically demanding and suited to individuals who take pride in operating safely in challenging environments.
About the Roles
We are seeking Confined Space Labourers and a highly experienced Supervisor to join the team. Both roles require a strong background working within live-flow sewer networks and deep-shaft or manhole environments. The Supervisor must be confident leading from the front and prepared to enter tunnels alongside the crew.

Mandatory:
- Recent experience working in large-diameter live sewer assets
- Valid Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Gas Test Atmospheres (within 2 years)
- Confined Space Rescue (within 2 years)
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- NSW White Card
- NSW Driver Licence
- High Risk Work Licence LF or WP
- Excavator LE licence
- Experience with deep shaft access and manhole rehabilitation
- Strong understanding of civil and sewer rehabilitation work
