Qualifications, Experience & Responsibilities:

Tilers:

• Must have prior experience with all stone and porcelain installation

• Can demonstrate 3+ years experience

• Own tools and transport necessary

• General Construction induction Card

• Responsibility: Ability to perform Wall and Floor Tiling + screeding on large commercial projects

Stonemasons:

• Must have prior experience with all natural stone installation

• Can demonstrate 3+ years experience

• Own tools and transport necessary

• General Construction induction Card

• Responsibility: Ability to perform Natural Stone Installation (and associated works) on large commercial projects

Labourers:

• Can demonstrate experience in the industry

• Own transport necessary

• General Construction induction Card

Tasks & responsibilities (ALL):

• Ability to work in team environment under the direction of a site supervisor

Benefits

• Base Hourly Rate =

  • Tilers: $59.22 – $74 per hour

  • Stonemasons: $59.66 - $74.57 per hour

  • Labourers: $52.31 - $65.38 per hour

About the role

You will be working on several commercial renovations, new commercial fit out projects, and some residential work. These jobs primarily involve fit out and refurbishment-based work.

 What you’ll need

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced electrician who is enthusiastic and has a sound work ethic. The successful applicant will have strong, proven, and recent background working in commercial electrical fit out's as well as working on projects in Perth's metro sector. You will need to work at different locations and therefore need to be flexible and capable of dealing with changes on short notice.  We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and our brand.  Someone that can work both autonomously and with a team.

The successful candidate will need to hold the following licenses/permits. 

 Required:

• WA (A Grade) electrical license

• National Police clearance issued within the last 6 months (or be able to obtain)

• Construction white card

• First Aid and up-to-date CPR

• C Class Drivers Licence (Unrestricted)

• Australian Rights to work

 Desired:

• High risk EWP

• Working at heights

We are looking for a person who is competent and experienced in tyre fitting for Trucks, Cars, 4WD's, Tractors, Earthmoving and Buses. On site work experience is a prerequisite. You must be autonomous. Experience with Wheel Alignments highly regarded.

Morningside Electrical is seeking an experienced and technically minded Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis working on a broad range of refrigeration and air conditioning applications.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Assist in training and development of apprentices

• Visit sites to complete AC maintenance and breakdowns

• Perform works both in town and in remote communities

• Maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems

• Installation of new air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Your Experience: 

• Minimum 1 years post trade experience in domestic and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems

• Refrigeration License

• Full driver’s license 

• Sound technical knowledge of all aspects of the electrical and refrigeration industry

The Role:

We have an opportunity for an Air Conditioning Technician to be based at our Wyndham depot in Truganina, VIC on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Technician become a part of our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in conducting air conditioning service and maintenance on our fleet of buses.

We are seeking dynamic individuals to manually pick non-organic materials from piles of green waste at our Lavington site. Candidates must have a current White Card, be physically fit, energetic, swift, reliable and not nervous around heavy machinery. All work happens outside in all types of weather and we are open Public Holidays. No experience is needed, just lots of enthusiasm. We have different shifts available all 6 hours each. Shifts would suit students, working parents, school leavers and anyone who enjoys manual work. Wages are paid weekly and uniforms and safety gear is supplied. Immediate start.
