One Solar Australia is a fully integrated solar company with in-house lead generation and sales specialists providing a large volume of installations to be carried out by our in house installation teams that are managed by an experienced installer.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Work within a team environment and be part of a happy working crew

• Assist with all aspects of solar installations (domestic/commercial/off grid/grid connect & battery backup)

• Installation of electrical components, cabling, conduits on residential and commercial properties

• Ensuring a can do attitude and efficient work practices are carried out

• Having a thorough understanding of relevant industry standards

• Build relationships with current and potential customers through great customer service delivered with a smile

• Training/supervision of trades assistants/roofers/apprentices

• Attend training for professional development

- CEC/SAA Accredited Electrician:

• Current Electrical Licence

• CEC/SAA Solar Accreditation 

• Current valid drivers license

• WHS white card

• Work at heights ticket

Prerequisite

• Full unrestricted Australian work rights

• Flexibility to undertake short term travel as needed

• Sound judgement and demonstrated organisational ability, time management and problems solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised to strict deadlines

• Professional attitude and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive can do attitude, reliable and hard working

• Safety conscious to conduct work as per company policies/procedures
