We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated team player who has an eye for detail and a drive to 'get it done'.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
· Manage and control the life cycle of design data using Autodesk Vault.
· Prepare BOM and maintain them using Autodesk Vault PDM.
· Design pressure vessels in compliance with ASME and AS1210 codes.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, change requests, and ECO.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, assembly instructions, and maintenance manuals.
· Carry out and review Engineering calculations to ensure they are consistent with SMARDT’s design intent and the applicable codes.
· Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the manufacturing process.
· Provide assistance to production related to design and BOM-related queries.
· Carry out classical engineering calculations and generate calculation sheets.
· Create 3D models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials (BoMs), work instructions, and technical and commercial proposals as required.
· Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
· A minimum of bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
· To be a Chartered Engineer (CPEng)
· Proficient in designing shell and tube heat exchangers.
· Expertise in designing sheet metal and structural components.
· Well-versed in designing HVAC systems.
· Adept in conducting thermal analysis.
· Experience with ASME and AS1210 Pressure Vessel Codes is mandatory.
· Familiarity with ASHREA/ANSI/ASME codes and design requirements is desirable.
· Experience with ASME (UHX) and TEMA for pressure vessel and heat exchanger design is required.

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who will work independently within Tetra Pak’s service and technical teams, supporting customers in Australia dairy and food industry.
As our Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance and installation tasks on customer equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will manage the technical aspects of equipment maintenance, automation support, and utility systems, while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule.

What you will do
As Maintenance Engineer, you will:
・Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment
・Execute disassembling and mechanical assembling of capital equipment at customer site

・Execute testing and calibration activities
