• Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion being hands on as required to complete jobs

• Supervise site crews and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and safety

• Implement and maintain all safety protocols (toolbox meetings, SWMS, hazard assessments, etc.)

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics across multiple job sites

• Monitor project budgets and control costs

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS and building codes

• Conduct site measurements and assist in project scheduling and material planning

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans as needed

• Maintain accurate records and report progress to senior management

• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes and systems

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, preferably in sheds or fencing

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS compliance

• Trade qualification or relevant construction certification

• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools

• Valid driver’s licence

• Builder's license or Consumer and Business Services CBS registration

• Quoting or estimating experience

• Quantity planning or job costing experience

• Experience with Verandas, pergolas, roofing, fences, gates, and sheds (residential or industrial)
