About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, we’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee our total operations across NSW/ACT (Newcastle, Sydney, Canberra) and VIC/TAS (Melbourne, Launceston).
  
In this role, you’ll lead sales, hire operations, construction, and customer delivery, driving profitable growth and operational efficiency. You’ll foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and aligned with company values.
  
This critical position can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne, with regular travel between regions required.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional operations to achieve financial, commercial, and customer service KPIs.

• Drive sustainable growth and return on investment (ROI) through strategic pricing, bidding, and operational excellence.

• Build, develop, and sustain a high-performing, cross-functional team while maintaining a strong safety culture.

• Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and statutory obligations.

• Build strong internal and external relationships to support business success.

• Develop regional plans aligned with overall business strategy and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and continuously improve net promoter scores (NPS).

• Manage profit and loss (P&L), forecasting, budgeting, and commercial risk.

  
About You

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar.

• Proven experience managing a P&L while leading a multi-disciplinary team over a number of locations.

• Solid demonstrated management experience in Sales and Operational management with strong commercial acumen.

• Skilled in contract management, negotiation, and financial modelling.

• Ability to maintain a mature, professional and solution-focused approach.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive change.

• Demonstrated ability to build networks and foster collaboration while driving influence.

• Experience in construction or modular building would be an advantage.
