If you are a composite technician or boat builder, we have a range of positions available. Suitable candidates will have prior experience in composites fabrication using resin infusion and vacuum bagging techniques, as well as traditional composite laminating and finishing techniques. A formal trade qualification and/or technical experience with composites is essential. Trade qualifications and/or experience in the fabrication of composites. This includes a Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or a Certificate IV, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Must be able to interpret drawings, technical specifications
  • Excellent hand tool skills
  • Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment
