About the Role

We are looking for senior, experienced & intermediate Piling Rig Operators to join our team and be a part of Ausipile quality delivery. The position covers all aspects of operating piling rigs, preparing for projects, and general groundwork as required.

We generally operate between Northern NSW (Tweed) through Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the piling rig in all modes (CFA/cased CFA, bored piles/Kelly)

  • Rigging and de-rigging of piling rigs as required for various drilling methods

  • Execute piling works according to the production schedule and piling sequence

  • Maximise productive hours each shift

  • Ensure safety is never compromised to achieve production

  • Participate in training and development of other crew members

  • Maintain equipment in a clean, safe and fit condition

  • Complete daily reports to the level required by Ausipile and our clients

 

About You

To be successful in the role, you must have experience in CFA and bored pile methods. You plan your work and plan for success - never leaving things to chance or waiting until the last minute.

You:

  • know the piling operation from mobilisation through to demobilisation

  • understand and apply (with assistance as required) the appropriate drill speeds and extraction speeds

  • have experience in different ground conditions

  • can understand and follow a piling schedule and piling sequence

  • are an effective troubleshooter

  • communicate effectively with your crew, clients, suppliers and others

  • value honesty & integrity, and you demonstrate these in all areas of work

We are seeking an MC Driver with Dozer & Excavator  experience to support cable installation, civil works, and plant operations on the Telstra Inter City Fibre Network (ICF) Project, installing optic fibre cables across rural and remote regions of Australia. This large-scale project plays a key role in improving connectivity across regional communities.

About the Role, You’ll be working in rural areas across NSW and be required to work 10–12-hour days. You will receive a generous living away from home allowance whilst travelling along with working alongside an inclusive site team.
This is a hands-on role that involves operating heavy machinery, performing civil repairs, and contributing to the overall delivery of the fibre network.

Key Details
  • Location: Currently in Rural NSW, site location changes.
  • Roster: 21 days on / 7 days off
  • Hours: 10 to 12-hour shifts
  • Accommodation:
    • Provided with $120/day allowance, or

About the role

  • Coordinate and monitor contract activities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects

  • Prepare, review, and manage a variety of contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and other contractual agreements

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract-related issues and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

  • Maintain detailed contract records and documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and payment claims

  • Assist in the preparation of contract variations, extensions, and renewals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year for Junior level roles including proven experience in a contract administration or similar role within the construction industry
