To be successful you must have the following:
- Minimum Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
- Experience in construction safety, ideally within commercial or regional projects (essential)
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, incident reporting, risk assessments and site audits
- Ability to engage confidently with subcontractors, site teams and project managers
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to safety
