Opportunity:
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Civil Site Foreman to undertake a series of road & civil infrastructure projects in the Hervey Bay region.
Reporting to the Project Engineer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling resources to ensure the successful delivery of key project objectives, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site personnel, leading continuous improvement efforts in line with the project program.
Effectively manage resources and implement best practices on-site.
Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to solve problems with deductive reasoning and analytical thinking.
Adapt to changing deadlines and priorities while ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

About You:
Sunshine Civil Solutions is a values-driven company that appreciates and promotes resilience, ambition and personal growth, In order to succeed in this role you will require;
Min 10 years civil construction experience (roads, drainage, concrete, earthworks, etc)
Site and people management expertise
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
Exposure to WHS, Quality & Process Improvement Management
