I am currently partnering with Tier 1 and 2 contractors who focus in delivering innovative, reliable, and tailored electrical solutions across the commercial fit out and D&C space. 

They are currently looking for multiple Site managers to run commercial fit out and D&C projects of over $10m across Sydney. 

Duties 
  • Engage with Sub-Contractors and Stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and Procurement of all Major equipment and materials.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Complete toolbox talks, Site meetings and site walks.
  • Safety checks/audits, PPE, uniforms, compliance to SWMS's.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar Electrical Site Management role within the Commercial D&C sector.
  • Licensed Electrician (NSW) with solid technical understanding of commercial systems.
  • Have a good understanding of fit out and Design & Construct Projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced service environment
  • Sound financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
  • A commitment to safety and quality at all levels.
