In this role, you will develop productive and positive relationships with clients, academic staff and other stakeholders and you will be responsible for team leadership, workflow communication and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities will include:


Delivery operations

• Lead, develop and supervise staff including conducting annual performance and development plans.

• Supporting the pastoral care and wellbeing of all boarding students

• Providing day-to-day oversight of routines, systems, and staff duties

• Supporting the professional development and performance of Resident Staff

• Managing student leave, medical needs, and behavioural expectations

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers for full-time and part-time positions across a variety of independent secondary and faith based schools in Sydney, NSW, starting in 2026.

About the Roles:

As part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality education to students across Years 7-12. The roles will involve teaching a range of subjects (depending on your subject specialism and contributing to a positive, innovative school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging curriculum content in accordance with school guidelines.
• Assess and support the academic progress of students.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Participate in school-wide activities and professional development opportunities.

To be successful, you will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification.
• NESA (New South Wales Education Standards Authority) accreditation.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Passion for working with secondary school students and a commitment to fostering their growth
