Chefs
Looking for experienced chefs that are keen to add to their weekly income with a supplementary income stream. We can also match you up to kitchen work at the main production kitchen located in Collingwood coming into the high season. Expect to be off doing functions at the Melbourne Spring Carnival, BBQs in a park, Weddings for 50 - 300 guests, and fingerfood for everything in between!
Cooks
Looking for staff with experience in catering operations of simple heat and serve functions such as basic fingerfood jobs and simple roast buffets, or basic BBQ jobs. Onjob training provided to get you up to the "Fabulous" standard!
Waiter Staff / Bar Staff
Looking for experienced wait staff that know good service and have an eye for detail. Located all over Melbourne and surrounds, we cater everywhere, so you can be sure to pickup shifts that suit you at your convenience! Coming into the high season expect anywhere from 4 hours - 40 hours of work a week!
Also in this segment looking for experienced Bar Staff to work within our onsite venue in Collingwood, and also out at various functions completing basic Beer Wine Champagne functions!

For staff that are local to our head office;
We are also in great need of catering staff to be able to heat and serve finger food. Your task is to report to the factory, get your directions and job information, and head the site of the function, where you will be working in a close knit team environment to make our clients functions run smoothly!
We cater for all types of functions, from 21st to 50th birthdays, through to christenings, wakes, and hens nights. We also do a lot of corporate work which fills in the weekday time slots.
There is also a function event space at our head office - a renovated exposed beams industrial function space to hold a range of corporate or private functions.
Experience in hospitality is a preferred, and so is a great friendly attitude towards the job at hand. Other key factors we are looking for is good time management, good communication skills, a quick learner, and a passion for the industry!
Great as a secondary income stream or for people who want only a few hours per week. Hours range from night time work, day time work or early morning work, but is determined by the shifts you select.
