Duties:
Deliveries to customers.

Skills and Experience:
Minimum MR Licence.
Excellent Driver History Report.
LF Licence is desired.
Great local knowledge of Canberra surrounding areas.
Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical that includes a drug and alcohol test and complete a police check.

Help us keep valuable materials out of landfill while keeping our warehouse running smoothly. We’re looking for a reliable all-rounder who’s happy on the floor and on the road.
About the roleHours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Employment: Part-time, or Casual
Location: Bayswater (warehouse-based)
Send & receive deliveries: Check in/out goods, complete basic paperwork, and keep records accurate.
Unpack stock: Open pallets and bulka bags, sort and stage items safely.
Load/operate around machinery: Assist with loading items onto warehouse machinery (training provided).
Metro collections: Drive with a team member to collect materials from sites around Melbourne.
Keep things tidy: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
General warehouse duties: Pick/pack, stock rotation, and basic inventory checks as needed.
Can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
Physically fit for regular manual handling.
Attention to detail for sorting, labelling, and basic paperwork.
Team player who’s also comfortable working independently.
Punctual & reliable with a solid work ethic.
Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available).
At least have MR Truck licence (Medium Rigid) (Manual 6 speed Truck).
Preferred Forklift licence (LF) with experience.
Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, waste/recycling, or manufacturing environment.
Above-average pay commensurate with experience (MR & LF attract higher rates).

Your Key Responsibilities
Pick & pack orders as required
Arrange delivery of products as required
Minimal stock ordering may be required (the majority is handled from head office)
Ensure stock takes are conducted on schedule and maintain stock level control
Overall responsibility for warehouse condition, housekeeping and appearance
Actively promote safety awareness within the warehouse
Receipting incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
Add-Hoc Responsibilities
Taking phone orders and processing invoices

Skills and Experience
Must be able to work autonomously

A Forklift licence is essential

· Organise samples for laboratory analysis.
· Participate in external audits.
· Other related activities as required.
