Join a forward-thinking company that leverages technology to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service. As Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader, you’ll report to the Managing Director and lead a team of 2 staff in a fast-paced, tech-enabled warehouse environment.

With two team members to coordinate, this role will suit an experienced warehouse supervisor who can implement and install new warehouse technology and SOPs.

This warehouse holds a broad range of products that support the Auto care Industry and is all business to business (B2B). Our client is in the process of moving (growing) into an adjoining warehouse, so the successful applicant will be responsible providing input into design and set up of this larger warehouse capability.

Our client is in a new phase and sees this position as a critical team member who will provide the foundation for future growth. This role will suit a person who seeks excellence in operational best practice, efficiency. supporting customer satisfaction and needs.

• Lead daily warehouse operations and drive team performance

• Oversee inventory control using Pronto ERP and RF barcode scanning systems

• Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure real-time data accuracy

• Coordinate deliveries and manage transport carriers via integrated logistics platforms

• Supervise pick/pack, receivals, and container put-away using handheld devices

• Ensure safety compliance and VOC for high-risk equipment

• Maintain a clean, efficient, and digitally tracked warehouse

• Monitor KPIs, order timelines, and customer ETAs using Power BI dashboards

• 12+ months experience in warehousing/logistics leadership

• Hands-on experience with Pronto ERP, RF scanning, and WMS platforms

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

• Strong communication and team motivation skills
