ABOUT THE ROLE
Our busy DFO BRISBANE store is seeking an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER who is sales focused, can drive team engagement & deliver amazing customer experiences to our regular clients.
FULL TIME ROLE
IMMEDIATE START
SUNDAY to THURSDAY ROSTER
To be considered for this role, you will be driven and passionate about selling quality products. A knowledge of footwear is not essential to win this role, but would be a definite advantage. Experience in Retail Management is not essential, but experience in a 3IC or Keyholder position will be viewed favorably, and a vibrant, energetic personality will be key to success in this role!
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who loves retail, developing their team and representing the Florsheim brand. You will be self-starting, a team motivator, and pride yourself on your selling ability. You will thrive being involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of your store, and get a buzz from delivering business KPIs. You will be looking for personal development, to become our next Store Manager, and believe that your team's success, is your success.

Be highly Customer Service and Sales focused
Consistently provide Elevated Customer Experiences
Create and maintain a positive Team environment
Be Hands-on, Energetic & Vibrant
Help to motivate the whole Team to achieve Outstanding Results
This role is FULL TIME based on a Sunday - Thursday roster. Salary on offer includes Base + Super + Monthly Commissions. Additional benefits for the successful candidate to enjoy is a generous company product discount for both Personal and Family use and free staff parking at the DFO.

Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting our stock on shelves, putting our fresh Fruit & Veg on display, to picking orders for our Online Customers and finally being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave our store with their shopping.

About the role
As the Deli Manager at Peries IGA Supermarket Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the deli department. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be based in Edmonton, Queensland and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running and profitability of this key department.
What you'll be doing
Managing and leading the deli team, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
Ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality in the deli
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, optimise product offerings and improve operational efficiency
Monitoring stock levels, placing orders and managing inventory to minimise waste and maintain optimal stock levels
