The Role

Responsibilities will include:
Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers

Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIS

What are we looking for?
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment

The position of Store Manager at our Indooroopilly store has recently become available.

Tuesday to Saturday Roster
Day-to-day operations in store vary from Customer Sales and live in the moment sales analysis, to managing of stock, rosters and banking to implementing regular VM update directives. Ongoing team training, coaching and mentoring is also key to a successful team and store. This Store Manager is responsible for the successful management of all these elements in their store .
A starting knowledge of footwear would be a definite advantage, but it is not essential to be successful in this role. Of critical importance is bringing seasoned Retail Store Manager skills, a love of working with people and quality products as well as a drive to deliver great customer experiences.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who loves retail, developing their team and creating a great space for their clients to shop. You will be an inspirational leader, who can deliver high quality customer experiences while achieving Sales Targets and business KPIs. and fostering a great team environment.
The successful candidate will:
be an experienced Retail Leader who is hands-on, energetic & vibrant
create and maintain a positive Team environment
be highly Customer Service and Sales driven
be focused on delivering elevated customer experiences
motivate and empower the whole Team to achieve outstanding results
This role is full time based on a Tuesday-Saturday roster and the Salary structure includes Base + Super + Monthly Sales & KPI Bonuses. For the right candidate, there may be some room to negotiate based on demonstrable experience.
